In Trouk Village, a Cambodian tuk tuk driver (taxi driver) and his wife began meeting with children to teach English and math.  The community of 900 people had never had a school before and this family had a heart to give the gift of education. In fact, so desperate was the need for education, many of the children would have to ride their bikes over an hour in each direction just to go to a public school for the day.  So, the tuk tuk driver and his wife volunteered their time and resources and would instruct the students on a tarp in the village–even into the later hours of the day.   Today, a Legacy school stands strong and beautiful and serves the beautiful children of Trouk Village.
