Opportunity to Thrive
From Phnom Sontouch to Tropeang Meas, from Trouk to Kampong Chhnang, and beyond, Legacy Incorporated has built multiple schools that serve K-12 grade students. Legacy has been able to place schools in Cambodian villages that have anywhere between 800 to 35,000 residents. Prior to a Legacy school being built in their respective villages, some students rode their bicycles one hour each direction just to go to a public school, and many students were never able to go to school. In 2016, Legacy built its first village school in Kampong Chhnang. One year later, a Legacy school was built on the site of a former Khmer Rouge communist stronghold. Without question, Legacy schools are focused on educating the mind and the heart.
